*953In a hybrid proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondents to comply with Real Property Tax Law § 556 and the Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law art 6), and an action for declaratory relief, the petitioner/plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Sher, J.), entered June 21, 2010, as denied the petition pursuant to CPLR article 78 and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
