Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendant Caribbean Res taurants, Inc. [hereinafter “CBI”]. CBI is a Puerto Rico corporation that operates 120 restaurants under the trade name “Burger King” in various locations throughout the entire island of Puerto Rico. Plaintiff Felix A. Landrau Romero [hereinafter “Landrau”] was an employee of CBI from December 18, 1995 until his resignation on April 29, 1996.
