SWANSTROM, Justice.

Gary Myers appeals, following his conditional plea of guilty to possession of methamphetamine. I.C. § 37-2732. Myers reserved the right to appeal from the district court’s order denying his motion to suppress certain inculpatory statements, as well as physical evidence found on his person and on his motorcycle.
