SCHOELEN, Judge:
The appellant, Rick K. Kahana, appeals through counsel the portion of an August 10, 2009, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision that denied him entitlement to service connection for a right knee disability including as secondary to a service-connected left knee disability.1 Record of Proceedings (R.) at 3-17. This appeal is timely, and the Court has jurisdiction to review the Board’s decision pursuant to 38 U.S.C. §§ 7252(a) and 7266(a).
