The following constitutes all of the evidence introduced in the trial of the defendant for the possession of intoxicating liquors: “B. E. Houston, sheriff of Miller county, Georgia, . . testified: My name is B. E. Houston. I am sheriff of Miller county. I know Henry Gordon. I went down near Mr. Charlie Lane’s place on the 28th day of January, 1934. I had information that this boy and some others were down there drunk. I met this boy and two other boj^s.
