Petitioner-appellant holds an on-sale Petitioner-appellant general distilled spirits, beer and wine license and operates a restaurant and bar in Oakland. The respondent department revoked the license upon each of four counts: Two counts for violation of section 25601, Business and Professions Code [cause for revocation under subdivision (b) of section 24200] ; one count charging grounds for revocation pursuant to section 24200, subdivision (a); and one count charging grounds for revocation pursuant to section 24200, subdivision (e).
