*1065Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Anthony J. Paris, J.), entered August 8, 2003. The judgment was entered, upon a jury verdict, in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant in a personal injury action.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
