By its suit in equity plaintiff sought and obtained a decree which nullified the allowance in the probate court of Wayne county of defendant’s claim amounting to $11,235 against the estate of his deceased father, and also enjoined defendant from in any manner asserting this claim against the estate. Defendant has appealed.
