Respectfully, this dissent is filed. Clara R. Mapp was and is a resident of Port Neches, in Jefferson County. On March 4, 1983, at the time of the occurrence made the basis of this case, she was a bona fide resident of Port Arthur, in Jefferson County. She was employed as an Assistant Manager for a real estate firm. She was hired to show and rent apartments in Foster Village, renamed Arthur Square, in Port Arthur.
