Wise, now deceased, filed in the circuit court of DuPage county, his amended complaint to enforce an original contractor’s lien against premises owned by defendants the claimed lien allegedly derived from the furnishing by plaintiff, pursuant to alleged agreement with defendants, of materials and labor to construct cabins and to repair another building all located on defendants’ premises.
