This is a proceeding for the construction of the last will and testament of Catherine Vetroock, also known as Katherine Vetroock, late of the City of Syracuse, County of Onondaga and State of New York. Decedent, Catherine Vetroock, also known as Katherine Vetroock, died April 8,1961, leaving a last will and testament dated August 21, 1954, which was admitted to probate on May 17, 1961 in the Onondaga County Surrogate’s Court.
