State Ex Rel. Wolff v. Geurkink

This suit was brought originally in this court by application for a writ of mandate to compel the board of county commissioners of Treasure county to reconvene as a board of canvassers of election returns and to issue a certificate of election to the relator, Harold S. Wolff, as elected to the office of clerk of the district court of said county at the general election held on November 5, 1940.
