Plaintiff Melissa Haley brings this putative class action against Defendant Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America ("TIAA"), alleging that TIAA engaged in prohibited transactions with the Washington University Retirement Savings Plan in violation of § 406 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1106.
