This is an information brought by the attorney general at the relation of the insurance commissioner under St. 1922, c. 417, § 1, to restrain the defendant from *475violating the laws of this Commonwealth respecting insurance. The defendant is a domestic corporation and is engaged in Boston in the general business of selling household furniture, carpets and similar articles in large part'on the instalment plan.
