A jury found Margaret Arnell Fischer guilty of manslaughter in the death of her husband by gunshot wound. She appeals from the resulting judgment.
The first assignment of error concerns the introduction into evidence of certain oral and written statements the defendant had given to the police. She contends that the state 'had not adequately proven the corpus delicti prior to the introduction of these statements ; she then says that it was prejudicial error to receive them.
