Schroeder, acting for himself and as president of the Minier Manufacturing Company, a corporation, entered into a contract with Daniel Otto individually and as vice president of the Schroeder Manufacturing Company, a corporation, William F. Oehler, A. H. Nafziger, Stuart Walters and E. W.
