THIS MATTER came before the Court on October 13,1998, upon Mr. C’s Auto Sales of Hollywood, L.C.’s (“Mr. C’s”) Objection to Confirmation of Efrain and Maria Felipe’s (the “Debtors”) First Amended Chapter 13 Plan (the “Objection to Confirmation”).
