ULRICH, Presiding Judge.

This appeal arises from an action to reform a general release for loss of consortium signed by parents of an injured minor. Elmer and Linda Everhart executed the general release with Equity Mutual Insurance Company in settling their claims for an accident involving their minor son, Shane. In the reformation action, the Everharts and Equity Mutual reached a settlement and agreed to reform the release because it had resulted from their mutual mistake. After trial, the trial court accepted the proposed settlement and entered judgment ordering reformation of the release.…
