Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chemung County (Castellino, J.), entered December 7, 1998, which, inter alia, partially granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, and adjudicated one of respondent’s three children to be neglected.

On April 12, 1998, respondent’s then 14-year-old daughter, Charlotte XX., allegedly attempted suicide.
