DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, David E. Hina, filed this action in mandamus seeking a writ to compel the Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission") to vacate its order denying him an award for an alleged violation of a specific safety requirement ("VSSR") from Anchor Glass Container Corporation ("Anchor Glass"). Relator requests that the writ also compel the commission to grant him an award for VSSR.
