These cases are appealed from a granting of the appellee’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in an action based on alleged fraud in the exchange of quitclaim deeds. We affirm the judgment of the District Court. 1

The appellant, Verla Loraine Tackett, and appellee, Pearl Kidder, are two widows who were good friends and owners of adjoining lands in Washington County, Arkansas.
