for the Court:

¶ 1. John Mike Hardin filed an action in the Chancery Court of Calhoun County against Rainbow Ranch Inc. to dissolve the corporation judicially. John was one of four siblings who were all shareholders of Rainbow Ranch. He owned 23.6% of its outstanding stock. John also sued on various other claims and for punitive damages. Rainbow Ranch subsequently filed an election to purchase John’s shares of stock and interest. Additionally, John sought to partition his twenty-five percent interest in the Estate of Mabel Hardin, the shareholders’ deceased mother. The parties…
