Appellant Daimler-Chrysler Corporation appeals from a judgment entered against it in the Circuit Court of Columbia County for violation of the Arkansas New Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Act (“Arkansas Lemon Law”), codified at Ark. Code Ann. §§ 4-90-401 to -417 (Repl. 2001). The judgment awarded Appellee Gaylord Smelser the sum of $41,489.26, plus attorney’s fees, copy costs, and mileage expenses.
