The death of the plaintiff’s decedent was caused, according to the plaintiff, by the defendant automobile driver’s gross negligence or wilful and wanton misconduct. Plaintiff’s decedent was injured at or about noon, on November 27,1960, when the automobile in which she was riding as a guest passenger, driven by defendant Robert C. Williams, and owned by defendant Willis C. Williams, collided with a vehicle driven by defendant Ernest D. Simmons. Robert C. Williams and plain tiff’s decedent were engaged to be married.
