This is Reytblatt’s second effort to appeal from a decision of the district court apparently terminating the litigation adversely to him. We dismissed the first notice of appeal, No. 87-1055, on February 2,1987, because the district court apparently had not entered judgment. The next day the parties produced a document dated December 30, 1986, but docketed on January 26, 1987, on the form used for the entry of judgment in a civil case.
