Before the Court is the motion of the Oliver Parties2 to allow and compel payment of an administrative expense (the “Motion”) [Docket No. 1849]. The post-confirmation debtors in this case are ID Liquidation One, LLC (f/k/a Indianapolis Downs, LLC) and ID Liquidation Two, Inc.
