The controversy in this case grows out of a Savings Bank deposit. There are two claimants of the fund. The Savings Bank filed a bill of interpleader making them parties. The contest is, consequently, confined to them.
It is undisputed that on and prior to May the sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, Elizabeth O’Neill had on deposit to her own credit in the Savings Bank of Baltimore, the sum of two thousand one hundred dollars and forty-two cents.
