MEMORANDUM OPINION
I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff filed a summary action for recovery of possession of rented premises against the defendant pursuant to Chapter 31, Title 28 of the V.I. Code, claiming it is entitled to possession under the Forcible Entry and Detainer provisions of said Chapter.
