Pending before the Court is the pro se complaint initiating this adversary proceeding filed by Deborah J. Coble and Scottie A. Coble (the “Plaintiffs”) on June 24, 2013 and the Motion to Dismiss this adversary proceeding for failure to state a claim pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) filed by Ronald Earl Lawrence (the “Defendant”) on August 1, 2013.
