CONWAY, District Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss (Doc. 4, 6, 7) and Plaintiffs Opposition to the Motion (Doc. 9). Plaintiff Linda Denno seeks to recover on behalf of her teen-aged son, Wayne Den-no, for alleged violations of Wayne’s civil rights 1 arising from the school’s discipline of Wayne for displaying a Confederate flag. Defendants, the school board and school officials, seek dismissal of the claims against them.
