Appellant, United National Insurance Company (“United”), appeals from an Order of the Superior Court affirming an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. The court of common pleas entered a compulsory nonsuit against United in an action seeking rescission of an insurance policy it had issued to Appellees, J.H.
