Petitioner appeals from an amended judgment denying post-conviction relief. In 2003, when she was 18 years old, petitioner was charged with eight felony counts in connection with the death of a single victim. After a bench trial and sentencing proceeding, petitioner was convicted on all counts and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Petitioner appeals from the post-conviction court's denial of her petition for post-conviction relief.
