Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (Nicandri, J.), rendered June 21, 1993, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sodomy in the first degree, sodomy in the third degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (six counts), sexual abuse in the third degree (six counts) and endangering the welfare of a child.
