Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Walter Schackman, J.), entered September 26, 1989, which, inter alia, denied defendant’s motion to dismiss the second cause of action and granted plaintiff’s cross motion for summary judgment, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of striking that portion of plaintiff’s claim for liquidated damages pursuant to Labor Law § 198 (1-a) which is based upon plaintiffs "supplemental income”, and remanding the matter for a recalculation of liquidated damages, and otherwise affirmed, with costs.
