MEMORANDUM OPINION
KEVIN R. HUENNEKENS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue before the Court is whether this adversary proceeding (the “Adversary Proceeding”) is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2) in which the Court has the constitutional authority to issue a final order adjudicating the rights of the parties. A hearing was held on February 28, 2012, at which the Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed to forego oral argument on the issue and to submit the matter to the Court based upon the parties’ pleadings and memoranda of law.
