the principal question in this litigation is whether James W. Gipson, a regular employee of Steel Erectors, Inc., an Arkansas Corporation with its place of business at Fort Smith, appellant herein, was a borrowed servant of Brown 8c Root, Inc., a construction company engaged in the performance of pipe line work for Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company, at a time when Buell Ray Lee, a Brown 8c Root employee, was injured.
