This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Cleveland county in favor of the defendant in error, plaintiff in the trial court, against the plaintiff in error, defendant in the trial court. Hereinafter the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.

The plaintiff in his petition prayed judgment against the defendant on six causes of action, and the defendant in h'is cross-petition prayed judgment against the plaintiff on two causes of action.
