The land involved in this controversy is the north half- northeast quarter, section 27, township 10 south, range 15 west, Dallas County, Arkansas. It is located in Road Improvement District No. 1 of Dallas County, Arkansas, created by special act 56 of 1919, and ■became delinquent for the taxes due said district for the year 1922, payable in 1923, and for some prior years.
