HARTSHORNE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Florida Wholesale Drug, Inc., a Florida corporation, has sued defendant, Ronson Art Metal Works, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, for treble damages under the Sherman Act, as amended by the Clayton Act, 38 Stat. 731, Title 15 U.S. C.A. § IS, alleging that plaintiff has been “injured in his business or property by” defendant’s monopolizing interstate commerce, by price discrimination in'violation of the Robinson Patman Act, 49 Stat. 1526, Title 15 U.S.C.A. § 13. Defendant has pleaded thereto the statutes of limitation of both New Jersey and Florida.…
