This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court No. 2, of Baltimore City, ratifying certain sales made by Messrs. Trundle, Knapp & Thomas, trustees, under a deed of trust executed by Isaac H. Shirk for the benefit of his creditors on the 12th December, 1899. Upon the execution of this deed Circuit Court No. 2, of Baltimore City, assumed jurisdiction of the trust by its order of the 13th December of the same year.

This deed thus confers upon the trustees a power of sale: “To hold the same (the trust property) to collect the rents, &c., and to pay the liens and expenses thereon until such…
