In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, in which the plaintiff moved to vacate a stipulation of settlement, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Wager, J.), entered March 30, 1989, which granted the plaintiff’s motion.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
