Plaintiff brought this action to recover for personal injuries sustained in a collision between his automobile driven by himself and defendant’s truck driven by one Eay Bloom, and also to recover for the damage to his automobile. He obtained a verdict, and defendant appealed from an order denying Ms motion for judgment non ob-stante or for a new trial.
