This is the second appearance of this case in this Court. See Bear, et al., v. Standard Accident Insurance Company, 124 Fla. 9, 168 So. 18. The history of the litigation out of which this case arose was so fully set out in the able opinion of Mr. Justice Davis on the former appeal that we deem it unnecessary to reiterate it here.
