This matter comes before the Court on a Motion to Transfer the present action to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, brought by nine (9) 1 of the named defendants in this action (“Moving Defendants”), and to Sever and Administratively Dismiss Claims against Verizon Virginia Inc. and Verizon South Inc., pending resolution of the action in Delaware.
