Television station KSDK-TV2 seeks review of a final order of the National Labor Relations Board concluding that it violated 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) & (a)(5) by refusing to bargain with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 4 (IBEW), as the collective bargaining agent for KSDK-TV’s assignment editors and producers.
