Plaintiff herein is a domestic corporation and

engaged in selling, distributing and operating certain devices throughout the State of New York, and particularly at Suburban Park, in the town of Manlius, Onondaga County, New York. The defendant is Sheriff of the County of Onondaga and the law enforcement officer in the county.
