Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Castellino, J.), rendered June 14, 1991, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of murder in the second degree.

Convicted of intentionally killing a fellow inmate at Elmira Correctional Facility in Chemung County, and sentenced to an indeterminate prison term of 25 years to life to run consecutively with the sentence he was serving when the crime was committed, defendant appeals.
