Defendants, FSR Brokerage, Inc., doing business as Fred Sands Realtors (Sands), Prichett Realty Corp. (Prichett), and Gary Marquis, seek a writ of mandate to compel the respondent court to enter summary judgment on consolidated personal injury and wrongful death complaints of 36 plaintiffs. The consolidated complaints were filed as a result of the collapse of a balcony on an oceanfront residence in Malibu on November 15, 1992.
