Appellees filed their bill in chancery in the superior court of Cook county to enjoin appellants from constructing a store building on their lot in what is known as Sheridan Drive subdivision of the city of Chicago, in violation of certain conditions in the deeds by which the lots in the subdivision were sold and conveyed.
