Plaintiff in error filed its bill in the superior court of Cook county against defendants in error, as county treasurer and county clerk of Cook county and town collector of the town of South Chicago, in that county, praying for an injunction restraining the collection of the excess of taxes extended against it above the sum of $22.13, which would be the amount of its taxes on an assessment of $200.
